Chizu is known to exhibit behavior that combines a high level of intelligence with a predatory instinct that, while usually dormant, can erupt without warning. She is anti-social at times, prefering to stay in her room playing video games, reading manga, or engaging in other "stress relieving activities."

 

 Reason for Program Admission 

 

Chizu is the offspring of a human male and female anomalous humanoid pairing. Chizu's biological mother is designated as subject ██████ with her current status classified as █████████. As a child, Chizu chose to take the form of a coyote girl rather than her natural appearance due to her father's love of the creatures. Chizu posssesses supernatural levels of dexterity, strength, and charisma. Left unchecked, Chizu has the potential to create apocalyptic levels of chaos and destruction. Strict containment protocal must be followed until reintegration prognosis improves.

 

 Special Containment Procedures 

 

Chizu will be enrolled in Kiryuin Reformation Academy for Girls in order to satisfy regional education requirements and to facilitate her reintegration plan. Chizu will be given comfortable living accomodations in a special containment facility underneath Kiryuin Academy meant to model an average family home. Chizu will have at minimum 1:1 supervision in the form of containment officers or I, Dr. ██████. Chizu has been adopted by myself rather than the Department itself as an experimental Reintegration measure to provide her a mother figure. Results have been inconclusive.

 

 Reintegration Plan 

 

Chizu has been given the role of Student Council President in order to foster better socialization and she has risen to the occasion. She has taken her responsibilities seriously, her grades have improved, but she has still had difficulty maintaining positive relationships with other students. Will continue to monitor.
